1:30 – 4:00 p.m.
Contact:
No shows hurt our ability to manage our schedule, and advise on provider
availability. Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you cannot keep an appointment.
Walk-ins welcome for sick patients established with our practice.
Please be at the clinic by 11:00 a.m. to be seen before noon,
and arrive no later than 4:00 p.m. to be seen before the end of day.
Payments Accepted
Sunshine Health (Medicaid), Simply Healthy Kids, Tricare, ChampVA, debit or credit cards, and cash are the payment methods currently accepted by our clinic.
